We used end-to-end process mapping with process participants to understand current challenges and prioritise improvement projects.

A series of engagement events with operatives helped them to feel listened to and gave us additional information about issues in the value stream.

We helped senior leaders to define collaborative objectives, mission, and strategic priorities by facilitating a one-day contract strategy workshop. A SWOT analysis was used to develop an action plan that addressed issues and harnessed opportunities, backed by joint governance and progress measures.

Internal communications were reinvigorated by relaunching a joint newsletter, utilising communication apps, and resetting face-to-face engagement.

Finally, we project managed the improvement plan to completion.
